Times have changed, and even small businesses now have a worldwide customer base. Meeting a customer face to face is rare. Written contracts, signed and notarized, have replaced handshake agreements. Companies must now compete in the global market to succeed. They need to have an online presence and be able to ship their products or services anywhere in the world. The only item that has not changed is quality. Companies must still provide quality work to draw new customers and retain old ones.
